I was brought in during the discovery phase to visualise and shape COS’s first loyalty program translating strategic concepts into concrete design, interactions, and motion. Working closely with the Strategy Director, I led the visual exploration and created animations and prototypes that made abstract ideas tangible without pushing the brand into redesign territory.

The primary challenge was to explore loyalty without cheapening the brand. COS needed a system that felt fashion-forward, editorial, and considered, avoiding traditional “earn and burn” mechanics. The design direction was anchored in the idea of a curated wardrobe over time, positioning loyalty as a sequence of meaningful moments rather than points. To support this, I explored refined layouts, restrained motion, and a photography-forward visual language that balanced freshness with familiarity.

Enabling editorial-style styling recommendations based on items a customer had purchased. By treating AI as a production and visualisation tool rather than a feature, the work expanded COS’s loyalty vision and provided a concrete, design-led foundation to inform future strategy and production decisions.
