I led the redesign of Atotech’s B2B e-com platform from concept through initial production. Defining design direction and shaping the end-to-end product experience, supported by a new design system. The outcome was a reliable, globally consistent platform that supported long-term digital growth.

Our goal was to modernise a platform customers avoided, making technical information feel clear, and usable. The design direction was inspired by the purity of lab environments & the structure of the periodic table, visualising how Atotech’s chemical elements combine into a single, precise product. Through structured workshops, close feasibility alignment, and hands-on design leadership, I translated this concept into a clear visual system that reduced friction without oversimplifying complexity.

In parallel, I initiated a scalable content and AI imagery track, accelerating content timelines and enabling the design system to ship in parallel with development. The result was a resilient ordering ecosystem and a shared design foundation for future growth.
